In this gentle meditation, Sister Chanh Nghiem teaches us not to push away our feelings, but to take care of them and embrace them tenderly like a mother embraces her baby. Getting in touch with our breath and our body, learning to smile to and with some of our more uncomfortable feelings can be a powerful and effective way to make peace with them. Enjoy your practice!
